WASEELA ALLAH TAALA QURB HAASIL KARNA HAI, AHLE SUNNAT WAL JAMA’AT ME WASEELA KAY TALUQ ME HAYAT O WAFAT KA PAIMANA HI NAHI BALKI QURBIYAT DEKHI JAATI HAI KAY ALLAH TAALA NE KISE SHAFI BANAYA KISE QURBIYAT ATAA KI HAI AUR INHI KA WASEELA TALASH KARNE KA HUKUM BHI AAYA HAI QURAN ME. IS PAR ALLAH TA'ALA NAIN YEH AYAT UTARI:

وَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ كِتَابٌ مِّنْ عِندِ اللّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ وَكَانُواْ مِن قَبْلُ يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ مَّا عَرَفُواْ كَفَرُواْ بِهِ فَلَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ

اور جب ان کے پاس اللہ کی طرف سے وہ کتاب (قرآن) آئی جو اس کتاب (تورات) کی (اصلاً) تصدیق کرنے والی ہے جو ان کے پاس موجود تھی، حالانکہ اس سے پہلے وہ خود (نبی آخر الزمان حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اور ان پر اترنے والی کتاب قرآن کے وسیلے سے) کافروں پر فتح یابی (کی دعا) مانگتے تھے، سو جب ان کے پاس وہی نبی (حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اپنے اوپر نازل ہونے والی کتاب قرآن کے ساتھ) تشریف لے آیا جسے وہ (پہلے ہی سے) پہچانتے تھے تو اسی کے منکر ہو گئے، پس (ایسے دانستہ) انکار کرنے والوں پر اللہ کی لعنت ہے

4) IMAM QURTUBĪ

قال ابن عباس : كانت يهود خيبر تقاتل غطفان فلما التقوا هزمت يهود , فعادت يهود بهذا الدعاء وقالوا : إنا نسألك بحق النبي الأمي الذي وعدتنا أن تخرجه لنا في آخر الزمان إلا تنصرنا عليهم . قال : فكانوا إذا التقوا دعوا بهذا الدعاء فهزموا غطفان , فلما بعث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كفروا , فأنزل الله تعالى : " وكانوا من قبل يستفتحون على الذين كفروا " أي بك يا محمد

5) MAHMUD ALUSĪ
وكانوا من قبل يستفتحون على الذين كفروا نزلت في بني قريظة والنضير كانوا يستفتحون على الأوس والخزرج برسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قبل مبعثه قاله ابن عباس وقتادة والمعنى يطلبون من الله تعالى أن ينصرهم به على المشركين كما روى السدي أنهم كانوا إذا اشتد الحرب بينهم وبين المشركين أخرجوا التوراة ووضعوا أيديهم على موضع ذكر النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم وقالوا:اللهم إنا نسألك بحق نبيك الذي وعدتنا أن تبعثه في آخر الزمان أن تنصرنا اليوم على عدونا فينصرون فلما جاءهم ما عرفوا كفروا به كنى عن الكتاب المتقدم بما عرفوا لأن معرفة من أنزل عليه معرفة له ووجه الدلالة من هذه الآية ظاهر فإن الله سبحانه أقر استفتاح اليهود بالرسول ولم ينكره عليهم وإنما ذمهم على الكفر والجحود بعد إذ شاهدوا بركة الاستفتاح بالنبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم .

وقد ذكر جماعة منهم الشيخ أبو منصور الصباغ في كتابه الشامل الحكاية المشهورة عن العتبي قال : كنت جالسا عند قبر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فجاء أعرابي فقال : السلام عليك يا رسول الله سمعت الله يقول " ولو أنهم إذ ظلموا أنفسهم جاءوك فاستغفروا الله واستغفر لهم الرسول لوجدوا الله توابا رحيما " وقد جئتك مستغفرا لذنبي مستشفعا بك إلى ربي ثم أنشأ يقول : يا خير من دفنت بالقاع أعظمه فطاب من طيبهن القاع والأكم نفسي الفداء لقبر أنت ساكنه فيه العفاف وفيه الجود والكرم ثم انصرف الأعرابي فغلبتني عيني فرأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم في النوم فقال : يا عتبي الحق الأعرابي فبشره أن الله قد غفر له " .

وقد روى الإمام النووي في كتابه (( الأذكار )) عن العتبي ، وهو شيخ البخاري ، أن العتبي قال : (( كنت مرة بجوار قبر النبي إذ أقبل اعرابي فقال : السلام عليك يا رسول الله إني سمعت قول الله تعالى (ولو أنهم إذ ظلموا أنفسهم جاءوك فاستغفروا الله واستغفر لهم الرسول لوجدوا الله توابا رحيما ) وإني اتيتك يا رسول الله مستغفرا ذنبي مستشفعا بك الى ربي ، ثم أنشد يقول : يا خير من دفنت في الترب اعظمه فطاب من طيبهن القاع والأكم نفسي الفداء لقبر انت ساكنه فيه العفاف وفيه الجود والكرم ثم انصرف الأعرابي ، يقول العتبي : فأخذتني اغفاءة فأتاني رسول الله في الرؤيا يقول (( يا عتبي الحق الأعرابي وقل له لقد غفر الله لك )) .

وأخرج البيهقي عن أبي حرب الهلالي قال : حج أعرابي إلى باب مسجد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أناخ راحلته فعقلها ثم دخل المسجد حتى أتى القبر ووقف بحذاء وجه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال : بأبي أنت وأمي يا رسول الله جئتك مثقلا بالذنوب والخطايا مستشفعا بك على ربك لأنه قال في محكم تنزيله ولو إنهم إذ ظلموا أنفسهم جاؤوك فاستغفروا الله واستغفر لهم الرسول لوجدوا الله توابا رحيما

    روى أبو صادق عن علي قال : قدم علينا أعرابي بعدما دفنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بثلاثة أيام , فرمى بنفسه على قبر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وحثا على رأسه من ترابه ; فقال : قلت يا رسول الله فسمعنا قولك , ووعيت عن الله فوعينا عنك , وكان فيما أنزل الله عليك " ولو أنهم إذ ظلموا أنفسهم " الآية , وقد ظلمت نفسي وجئتك تستغفر لي . فنودي من القبر إنه قد غفر لك .

يث أخرجه البزار كما قال المصنف رحمه الله وهو من حديث ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا انفلتت دابة أحدكم بأرض فلاة فليناد يا عباد الله احبسوا فإن الله حاضر في الأرض سيحبسه وأخرجه أيضا من حديثه أبو يعلى الموصلي والطبراني وابن السني قال في مجمع الزوائد وفيه معروف بن حسان وهو ضعيف قال النووي في الأذكار بعد أن روى هذا الحديث عنكتاب ابن السني قلت وحكى لي بعض شيوخنا الكبار في العلم أنها انفلتت دابته أظنها بغلة وكان يعرف هذا الحديث فقاله فحبسها الله عليه في الحال وكنت أنا مرة مع جماعة فانفلتت معنا بهيمة فعجزوا عنها فقلته فوقفت في الحال بغير سبب وإن أراد عونا فليقل يا عباد الله أعينوا يا عباد الله أعينوا يا عباد الله أعينوا ط الحديث أخرجه الطبراني في الكبير كما قال المصنف رحمه الله وهو من حديث عتبة بن غزوان عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إذا ضل على أحدكم شيء وأراد أحدكم عونا وهو بأرض فلاة ليس بهاأحد فليقل يا عباد الله أعينوا يا عباد اللهأعينوا يا عباد الله أعينوا فإن لله عباد لايراهم قال في مجمع الزوائد ورجاله وثقوا على ضعف في بعضهم إلا أن زيد بن علي لم يدرك عتبة وأخرج البزار من حديث ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلمقال إن لله ملائكة في الأرض سوى الحفظة يكتبون ما سقط من ورق الشجر فإذا أصاب أحدكمشيء بأرض فلاة فليناد أعينوني يا عباد الله قال في مجمع الزوائد رجاله ثقات وفي الحديث دليل على جواز الاستعانة بمن لا يراهم الإنسان من عباد الله من الملائكة وصالحي الجن وليس في ذلك بأس كما يجوز للإنسان أن يستعين ببني آدم إذا عثرت دابته أو انفلتت

~@ Conditions For Listening Qawali @~
Qawali sunana jaiz hai, laikin bohat see conditions k sath jo k yeh hain: -Qawali sunany wala aur perhny wala dono basharah hon. -Qawali perhny wala koi amrad(jawan khoobsurat lerka na ho).
-Musical Instruments ka isteimal na ho.
-Ghalba-e-haal ki keifiyat k illawa koi bhi shaks khara na ho, ghalba-e-haal ki keifiyat ko ulma-e-karaam ney yon define kia hai k k es keifiyat waly bandy ko pahar per ager choor dia jai tou lurak ker mer jai, es ko ager talwar sey waar karain tou es ko pata he na lagy k es k sath kuch ho raha hai, es keifiyat main insan jub aajata hai tou SHARIAT k dairey sey bahir ho jata hai, es per SHARIAT ka hukm nahi lagta, lehaza es halat main ager khara ho ker raqs bhi kerna shuru ker dey tou es k liay jaiz hai.
-Jo Kalam perha ja raha hai wo bhi SHARIAT k mutabiq ho, na k kisi aurat ya SHARAB ki tareek ki ja rahi ho, KHUDA aur Rasool ka zikr buland kia ja raha ho.
-Qawali ka asl maqsad jo hai wo yeh hai k sher-o-shairi k zariyay loogo k ander ishq-e-haqeeqi peida kia jai, lehaza aisa he hona chahiyay na k ishq-e-majazi ki taraf qawali mansoob ker rahi ho.
Lehaza in tamaam conditions ka khayal rukhty huay qawali perhhi aur sunni jai tou jaiz hai.

ZINA

*ZINAA KAA AZAAB*
Zina ek mard ek aisi aurat se sohbat/ humbistari kare jiska uske saath nikah na huwa ho.

Aaqa sallallaho alayhi wasallam ne farmaya : 

shirk k baad Allah ke najdik is gunah(zina) se bada koi gunah nahi 
ke ek shaks kisi aurat se sohbat kare jo uski biwi nahi aur jab koi mard aur aurat zina karta hai to Imaan unke sine se nikal kar sar par saye ki tarah
thahar jata hai.

Hazrat Ikrema ne Hazrat Abdullah ibne Abbas radiallahu anhu se pucha imaan kis tarah nikal jata hai ?
Hazrat Abdullah ibne Abbas ne farmaya is tarah..! aur apne haath ki ungliya
dusre haath ki ungliyo me dali phir nikal li aur farmaya dekho is tarah.

wo bhi reja reja ho jaye.

Mohtaram Baraadaraane Islaam !

Maujuda Daur Ke Ghair Muqallideen Bhai (Jo Apne Aap Ko Bade Fakhar Se Ahle Hadees Kehte Hai) Dawa Toh Yeh Karte Hai Ke Wo Har Saheeh Hadees Par Amal Karte Hai Aur Zaeef Ahadees Ko Nahi Maante Isi Ke Saath Hanafiyo Ko Zaeef Hadeeso Par Amal Ka Tana Dete Rehte Hai.

Lekin Jab Unka Haqiqi Chehra Dekha Jaata Hai Toh Maloom Hota Hai Ke Wo Quraan Aur Kai Saheeh Hadeeso Ki Mukhaalifat Karte Hain Aur Bahut Saari Zaeef Hadeeso Par Amal Karte Hain.

Namune Ke Taur Par Chand Hadeese Zikr Ki Jaati Hai.

1. Quran Majeed Me Allah Ta'ala ka Wazeh Hukm Hai Ke"Jab Koi Mard Apni Biwi Ko Teesri Talaq De De Toh Wo Aurat Us Mard Ke Liye Halaal Nahi Hai , Yaha Tak Ke Wo Aurat Kisi Dusre Mard Se Nikah Karle".
(Al Baqarah:230 ).
Isko Halala Kaha Jaata hai aur Ahnaaf Bhi Yahi Kehte Hai.

Lekin Maujuda Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat , Fiqa Hanafi Ke Kitaab Wa Sunnat Ke Mutabiq Is Masle ka Mazaaq Udaate Hai.

2. Huzur Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ka Farmaan Hai: Jab Imaam Quraan Padhe(Yaani Sureh Fatiha Aur Dusra Surah Padhe) Toh Tum Khamosh Raho.

Is Saheeh Tareen Hadees Ke Khilaaf Ghair Muqallideen Ahle Hadees Imam Ke Qirat Ke Waqt Khamosh Rehne Ke Bajai Quraan Padhte Hai.

3. Huzur E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ka Irshaad Hai : Us Shaks Ki Namaz Nahi Jo Sureh Fatiha Aur Uske Saat Dusra Surah Na Padhe.

Is Saheeh Hadees Ke Bar-Khilaaf Ghair Muqallideen Imam Ke Peeche Sirf Sureh Fatiha Padhkar Khamosh Baith Jaate Hai Aur Dusra Surah Nahi Padhte , Lehaza Dusra Surah Padhe Be-Ghair In Hazraat Ki Namaz Kaise Qubool Hogi .?

4. Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ruku Me Jaate Waqt Aur Se Sar Utaate Waqt , Sajde Me Jaate Waqt Aur Sajdo Se Sar Utaate Waqt Dusri Aur Chouthi Rakaat Ke Liye Khade Hote Waqt Bhi Rafedain Karte The.(Apne Dono Haat Utathe The).

Lekin Hindustaani Ahle Hadees Is Saheeh Hadees Par Amal Karte Huve Sajdo Me Jaate Waqt Aur Uthte Waqt Aur Dusri Aur Chouthi Rakaat Ke Liye Khade hote Waqt Aur At-Tahiyaat Ke Liye Baitte Waqt Har Chiz Rafe-Dain Nahi Karte Gooya Ke Inhone Ne Is Saheeh Hadees Ki Muqalifat Ki Qasm Khaali Hai.

5. Hazrat Alqama Rh.Farmate Hai Ke Jaleel Ul Qadar Sahabi E Rasool Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood Radhi Allah Anhu Ne Namaz Padhi Aur Sirf Ek Martaba (Takbeer E Tahrima Ke Waqt) Haat Uthayee.

Aur yahi zadah e haq, aur raah e khair hai,

iske bar aks jab ghalbah shar ka zamana aayega to ulmaa e mafqood, aur johla jalwah e mehraab o mimbar honge,

Ye johla hi logon ke muqtadaa o mufti aur mujtahid ban baithenge,

Jo khud bhi saraapa zegh o zalaal honge, aur 2sron ko bhi hidayat se door karenge,

Allah ham sabko kehne sun ne se zyada samajhne ki taufiq ata farmaye,
